Well, for minmatar... you could use the maelstrom, strong as hell shield tank... bleh on the dps and double bleh on the tracking... but it can be done! I mission in my maelstrom every once in a while... takes hella long though.

Well, i'm not too familiar with the whole shield tank thing on a hurricane... BUT, if you are going in the wh solo, you need to replace those launchers with a cloak and a probe launcher... if not solo, replace the cloak with a salvager... And 425s...
